In New Yorks Hells Kitchen, Matt Murdock builds a life as a driven defense attorney while hiding a more dangerous calling after dark. Matt Murdock is a young lawyer trying to make a difference in Hells Kitchen, representing people the system often overlooks. Years earlier, an accident left him blind, but it also sharpened his remaining senses to an uncanny degree, turning everyday sounds, scents, and vibrations into a map of the world. When his community is threatened by escalating crime and entrenched corruption, Matt begins operating at night as Daredevil, using disciplined training and his heightened perception to confront dangers the courts cannot reach. His double life strains friendships, complicates his work with his law partner, and forces him to weigh compassion against punishment. As powerful figures maneuver to control the neighborhood, Matt is pulled into conflicts that challenge his faith, his boundaries, and his idea of what justice should look like, both in and out of the courtroom.
