Synopsis

Derry, Maine seems like an ordinary town, but something is wrong beneath its streets. In 1960, seven lonely, bullied, or troubled kids find refuge in one another and call themselves the Losers' Club. As local children vanish and adults look the other way, the friends begin experiencing vivid, personal nightmares that feel too real to ignore. Their clues point to a presence that can mimic what each of them fears most, often appearing as a grinning clown who lures children into danger. Determined to protect themselves and others, the Losers try to uncover what has been haunting Derry for generations and discover the strength that comes from standing together. Decades later, the friends are scattered across the country, but a new wave of horrors pulls them back to their hometown. Reuniting means reopening old wounds, yet the only way forward is to face what they thought they left behind.
