Synopsis

Dr. David Banner, a gentle widower and dedicated researcher, becomes obsessed with unlocking the body’s hidden reserves of strength. A lab accident involving gamma radiation alters his cells, leaving him with a terrifying condition: under extreme stress or rage, he becomes the Hulk, a massive green being driven by instinct and power. Believing his existence would endanger others, Banner disappears and travels across America under assumed identities, moving from job to job and keeping his secret buried. Each new stop brings him into ordinary lives and urgent crises, and Banner’s conscience pushes him to intervene even when it risks triggering another transformation. Meanwhile, tabloid reporter Jack McGee relentlessly follows the trail of destruction, determined to expose what he sees as a monstrous threat and to clear up the mystery surrounding Banner’s fate. Caught between compassion and survival, Banner continues his lonely search for answers and a way to reclaim control.
